1)Actividades físicas aeróbicos bailes

2)Presentación personal un buen aseo diario

3)Higiene personal motivarlo a cuidar su dentadura un buen cepillado

4)Promover a visitar al médico

Mis acciones para contribuir con el adulto mayor es siempre brindarle seguridad, igual que el sienta que esta siendo Respetado y tratado con humanización promover lo siempre a la buena higiene una buena alimentación actividad física y siempre estar pendiente que los familiares lo visiten
